The breach, detected on December 21, 2023, and disclosed on January 3, 2024, poses a significant threat as sensitive witness testimonies from high-profile cases may now be compromised. This cyber incident resulted in unauthorized access, causing disruptions to the audio-visual in-court technology network, impacting video recordings, audio recordings, and transcription services. Recordings of court hearings held between November 1 and December 21, 2023, may have been accessed, with the possibility of earlier hearings also being affected.
